Interior Renovation Underway at St Matthew the Apostle, Gahanna

Interior renovation work is underway at St Matthew the Apostle Catholic Parish in Gahanna, Ohio. The project introduces a Palladian motif to clarify the spatial hierarchy of the nave and side aisles — a move that gives the interior the classical grammar it needs to read clearly as a unified liturgical space.

The renovation works with the existing structure, amplifying what the original design implied rather than overwriting it. New furnishings and lighting are being coordinated alongside the architectural work.
